Yeah so for me these things aren't coming out. Cheapest I found is at mc george. You'll need 4 of them and for me it's $8 shipping. So $32.

With the hood already off the truck and able to lay down I used 2 really thin flatheads, one on each side, to push the tabs in at the same time that hold the clips on. And believe me it WAS a battle. Almost worth the $32 and just get new ones. 1 was not too bad and took about a minute. 2 were a bitch and took about 5-10 minutes each. Last 1 took me about 30 minutes and was a royal PITA. 1 small cut, 2 blisters and about an hour later I struggled but saved myself the $32 and can now reuse all 4 of them.

Sorry if this has been asked before, and i missed it. For California residents, how do we get the emissions sticker that goes under the hood? thanks.

Missing Label: Your vehicle will NOT fail the smog inspection if the Emissions Label is missing. Many vehicles have had there hood's replaced and as a result may have lost their original Emissions Label.

Here she is! The install wasn’t bad at all, took about 30 minutes. The only thing that was remotely difficult was getting the clips for the washer line out, I just used a small flat head to pry them out.

The only tools needed was a 12mm wrench and a small flat head.

Also, it came out of the box with the scoop fully assembled which was great!

I’m super happy with how it came out.

(If it doesn’t look it matches the rest of my truck it’s because my truck was super dusty)

@karatescotty just sat down to eat when you posted earlier. Your new hood looks awesome! I'm so glad everything worked out well for you and your are happy with it. I can't wait to get some better pics of mine. It's been cloudy and rainy here the valley since my install.

I'm a bit curious, did you 2 or 3 man the hood swap?
    And is your truck lifted?

Yeah I’m super happy with it.

It was a 2 man install. My truck is leveled with 3” lift in the front and 2” in the rear.
