Victory 4x4 has a pretty good rack as well. I am a big fan of the Uptop as well though. Victory also is a little different from Prinsu looks and has steel mounts.

Funny thing is everything else I buy, I usually spend the extra money to get the best I can. Buy once cry once.

The DV8 is a good product however it came with the wrong roof mounting screws so had to visit Ace hardware. There weren't any rubber washers or gaskets provided so I had to provide those. Used some RTV silicone on mounting screws so now waiting for the rain test. Also doesn't come with instructions. Called DV8 for support & wasn't given any help at all. Paid $400.

My experience was basically the same. Essentially paid $400 after a 10% Ebay bucks deal. Mounting hardware included was M8 rather than M6. I bought M6x25mm and also used RTV on them. No instructions in the box and customer service wasn't helpful.
The rack seems super sturdy and I like how it sits pretty flush with the truck. I put a few washers in the back to space it up a little so I could keep the rubber rain seal underneath.
No wind noise really. The crossbars are aerodynamically shaped, and only have slots in the top; I think this helps keep the wind noise down. Regular M6 hex bolts with a 10mm head fit perfectly in the crossbar slots. I used M6x12mm with some stainless eye nuts for tie-down points.

Cons: -no holes in the slots for removing/adding tie-down points without removing crossbars
-no mounting point in the middle of roof (still seems sturdy enough for my use though)

I'll try to get some better pics one day

Think id opt for without handles. Seems maybe like it would be quieter and less drag?
