I took the cbr1000rr out on a little test ride after doing some maintenance on it. This was several years ago but I remember the front end shaking a bit when I got back home I realized I never put the bolt back on the front axle. Glad I didn't die. Welp I learned my lesson make sure everything is back together before riding.

It was the pegs and phantom pad. Used them like 3 times and they’ve just sat in my garage since 2012.

The phantom pad is the suction cup one?

Yeah. I never liked having a seat on there full time. Which is why the passenger setup survived the bike getting totaled. Haha. All good though Didnt know you kept your pegs.

Do you guys think a 2013 r6 from Canada is worth 6750 in the us? It is bone stock and registered in Colorado. It has been dropped in the driveway once but barely shows any kind of evidence from it. I believe the book value on a us version is 7500.

Also, my local shop said they cannot mess with the kph or computer because their computers will not recognize the different VINs...thoughts?

I'm sure you can find one for a better price. Too me that seems pretty steep for a 6yr old bike. Just my opinion

Well in that case lol. You would just have to get use to riding it in kph.

Not worth it, if any electrical issues past diag power failure, (ecu,coils,dash...)
You will have to import parts and even then you will never be able to truly access the computer to trim fuel and adjust electrical parts.
It ain’t like importing an HD from Canada.

you can find a US version for the same price, a 6 year old performance bike with 2500 miles is not a good thing, LOTS of things need to be swapped and checked BEFORE money changes hands.

Not brave enough for that. My tailgate surface is 3 ft off the ground. Ill try to record it next time but i just use a cooler as a step while the bikes running and in gear.
