Yeah you have a nice truck. Wish I had it. I was going to get a BBP back in 2015 but got tired of waiting so I bought the black '16 SR5 I traded off.

 

My local dealership, Dan Hecht chebbie/Toyota in Effingham, IL. has a hard time selling access cabs so he don't keep them on the lot. He went to St. Louis and got mine. And he will try to low ball a man that tries to trade a access cab in to him also. He tried to skin me on a new 2015 chebby Colorado I traded in to another dealer. I had it built without the munchkin seats and had black vinyl instead of carpet put in during the build. He fed me B.S. about no one would want a truck without the munchkin seats.

 

Not making any for sale. 3d printed wax and then cast using lost wax. was going to polish but decided not to because its gonna get scratched up by my keys.

 

I wish I had that platform in my truck.

 

Picked her up after a month in the dealership service department. It was a long wait, but she has a brand new engine after the factory one decided to self destruct on me. The old engine is on its way next door to Toyota HQ for a full teardown and analysis. I’ll be sure to report back to the forum with with their findings.

 

My scooped hood from Revemoto was delivered today. Installed it in about 30 minutes.

Thank you sir! I'm just glad Toyota was able to be a stand up company and take care of me.

The truck has the SEMA 4Runner wheels, 275/70/17 BFG KO2's and no lift. There is no rub on my setup unless I hit the driveway at just the right angle so right now I don't plan on lifting the truck until I wear the stock suspension out.
