    I just learned Blender Bottle has a guaranteed warranty. I had one that was missing a lid bc I broke it and they just sent me a replacement lid for free. I’ll never buy another shake brand now.

    You see, there’s one big flaw in that logic. You can’t have a sammich without bread. Also, all my favorite foods are carbs. Also, never gonna happen.

    Fat macros should always be minimums not maximums anyways.

    All I had to do was upload a pic, and I didn’t have the lid anymore because I threw it away over a year ago when it broke, so I just took a picture of my sad little lidless cup and they sent me a replacement within the week. No questions asked :D

    Same start but at waist 34 now, thinking 32 will be perfect but don't want to lose muscle. @6'1 230 will probably have to be around 205-210. The tight 36 was too much grossness

    Morning sunshine’s! Gonna try to get a sore chest today and do 5 sets rather than 4 if I can and throw some heavy weight with the triceps.

    chest is getting stretch marks pretty quick lately but it’s cool cause it’s like a easy way to see your growth lol

    Killed it this morning.

    Flat bench: 5 sets of 4-5 @ 255

    Straight bar tricep push down: 5 sets of 10

    Incline dumb bell 5 sets of 8 @ 70lbs

    Tricep push down machine @ 225. 5 sets of 8.

    Flat chest flys 4 sets of 12@35lbs

    Overhead tricep push down 4 sets of 12

    Standing dumb bell flys. Can’t find the real name of em but whenever you stand and use your right arm and keep it as straight as you can and cross your chest with the weight and vice versa with the left hand.

    then tricep kick backs

    and finishing with battle ropes.

    I’m pretty sure I could hit 300 on bench :anonymous:

    I eat as many carbs as my current goals allow. Works for me.

    My goals are all strength related. Think it’s pretty well established that limiting my carbohydrate intake is not the way to reach those goals.

    Speaking of... really ready to get done with this little cut, up the food, and get strong.

    Don’t let people tell you what to do for your body if you have something that works man. Some people say fuck carbs and some love em.

    what’s your current weight? 190ish right? Do you have a goal weight or just a mirror thing?
