this heat with no rain has kept me from mowing. I think I've mowed once in the last like 60 days.

 

I have to mow or my weeds get too tall... also the HOA gods will fine me if they catch me not mowing.

 

If there is one thing you can’t take away from the Cajuns...they know how to have a good time.

sucks to suck. screw an HOA. my weeds aren't even growing though.

 

there was a report they ran one of the local bars out of vodka before 11am.

 

Dude. I know. I'm waiting for them to say something about all the overspray from me repainting my skid plates in the yard. Lol.

Neighbors watch and judge enough as is, I don't need one of 'em actually telling me I have to do something. F off.

We bought our planks directly from a dealer in Tullahoma TN and saved a bunch. $1.74 /sq ft I believe. I can get the name from my house if you want. They won't install it for you if you are getting Home Depot to put it in.

 

Its not the neighbors, its the stupid little people from the HOA company that manages it in their stupid little car that "audit" the neighborhood and issue out fines through the mail. Bunch of communists.

 

let me know, but do you know if it's the same quality? I'm installing it myself, so no worries there. I just know everywhere I have looked and all the items I have found...for the thickness/underlayment/good reviews....the lifeproof hasn't been beat.

yeah I didn't necessarily mean neighbors like right next door...just neighbors as in the people that watch the house/neighborhood. bad wording..

I'm lifted 4" front and 2" rear and the current setup is 275/70-18 and they are almost too small. You can ask @Jerneyman for his opinion on the look for an outsiders view.

 

Well, I amend my last statement. My neighbors next door are members of the board. They report people like my neighbor across the road. They just haven't reported me... not sure why because I'm literally breaking the rules everyday. Lol

 

haha yeah, you're lucky...some of your neighbors seemed pretty cool.

I've got the little old ladies that I just know peek out their blinds all day long and watch what's going on, glad they can't report me to some HOA.

 

@ty.s07 I think @JEtaco03's truck looks fine with the current tires. I even ran around for a while with only a lift and stock tire size (265/75/16) and you could tell they were a bit small, but it wasn't glaringly obvious.

 

This is Lifeproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. I'll take a picture of the box and receipt when I get a home. My contractor sent us up there b/c he has put it in 6 houses in the last year. It has held up with my 3 dogs eating and peeing on it really well. liquid just pools up and cleans really easy.

 

I’m surprised my neighbors haven’t complained about loud noises coming from my garage. People walk up to see what’s going on sometimes, but I’m typically in the middle of something and they just walk away
