Alabama thread!

Most of them are. But really me and my neighbor across the road are the only ones ever outside for extended periods of time. Gotta wonder what people do inside all day. I get bored too easy. Gotta be building, fixing, or breaking something to be happy.

 

Probably the same for me. I was running a hole saw cutting through my skid plates yesterday to add some drain holes and that was putting off a lot of noise. I'm surprised no one gets pissed to be honest. That combined with the compressor always kicking on and the amount of dust I produce.

 

everyone's different. sometimes I'm just sitting on my butt enjoying A/C, watching sports, doing chores, playing video games, or working on the projects inside.

I'm a yard work guy, like love working in my backyard, but heat like we have makes me feel just fine about sitting my ass down on the couch in the A/C.

 

My wife and I got subway tile for $10 a box (normally 35 at HD) from a small store near Gurley, they also had pallets of flooring fresh from Home Depot, still boxed and strapped to the pallet. They bid on overstock, which is how they get good deals. Once my wife wakes up, I will shoot you their info as well.

I don't have cable or any show I consistently watch so if I'm inside I'm either eating, sleeping, playing on my phone, or watching a show with my wife that she likes. If she's not home, I'm in the garage.

 

other than football, I'm the same way. the tv is usually on to break the silence if I'm sitting around.

I kinda wish we could watch football at the house. I'm finding that I miss it. But the in laws have a movie room at their house with a HD projector. I think the "screen" is close to a 100" or something absurd. Its a great place to watch football so we just go over there.

 

This sounds exactly like my life, lol

 

We watch tv on yucky days and at night to settle the kids down.

 

I bet our wives would get along. They can at least sympathize with one another, losing their husbands to the garage. Lol

 

You should wave them in and let them watch. They either wanna bitch or they're curious, if curious could make some new friends.

 

They always leave before I get to talk to the time. Usually @tweakit88 will tell me a neighbor walked up to lookin the garage and then left

 

Lol probably so. But then they would plot against us and talk about how much money we spend on tools

Nah suspension still makes the occasional pop on flex. But I’ll try and figure that out when I go to adjust my suspension. I may still replace the body mounts at some point but don’t feel like diving into that project right now lol
