Yes it started!! My wife didn't have the video on for very long. I still need to dial it in but it's running. The only thing that is keeping me from driving it is the drivers side rear brake caliper. Only had one rebuild kit on hand.

Not sure where all you’ve posted your truck/parts but on Facebook (besides AZTW) there are also some other Toyota groups that I’m a part of that you may get some more exposure (AZ Tacoma’s, AZ Toyota 4x4, Overland AZ, AZ Toyota Stuff for Sale, Phoenix Offroad Exchange)

 

There is a massive storm coming down from the northwest. Lots of snow for the first time this season in places. Plus it cooled off here so I bet a lot of them came down early, unfortunately.

There ought to be a rule that they can only drive outside of rush hour times...like opposite the HOV lane times...or at least in the right lane only

Ive had the stomach bug for the past 2 days, so I had to cancel. Perfect timing! I should be able to reschedule sometime early next year though.

 

Gave the rear diff another go with a bunch of smacking and prying. Bolt morphed some more and I gave up, just gonna take it somewhere to have it broken loose so I don't ruin it. It'll sit as is for now, only a lil over the service time for the fluid.(40k lol) Probs gonna go do my wheels instead, does anyone know how many cans of wheel spray it'll likely take for all 4 of mine? I was thinking just 2 cans. Best grit of sandpaper too?

 

bummer that you're still sick, but at least you can reschedule easily. I thought it was more of a once in a lifetime opportunity, like for us commoners it would be. (at least I don't think it would be very easy to get a ride along)

 

Had the new suspension put in the taco. All I can say is wow, should have done this sooner. I feel like I’m driving a cloud now, ride and handling is so much better.

 

Yup...been on at least a dozen of those calls just this week alone...I'm a little disappointed that we haven't had an opportunity for the boot EMT to narcan a patient, though.
