how to remove something on htc incredible

just got my incredible today.....and im an uber-noob when it comes to these damn smart phones. i somehow put this game or something called "teeter" on my home screen 2 times......and i cant figure out how to remove it. anyone know how?

 

A hammer and chisel app should do the trick.

 

long hold the icon and drag it to the bottom garbage can.

ya. and by the way if you havent already updated your phone to the 2.2 update dont. there are problems with 2.2 and i wish i wouldnt have updated.

 

too late.........they updated it today when i bought it.

im trying to figure the whole swype thing out.....i gotta find how to do it in that forum.

Agree and Disagree. There are certainly a few faults with 2.2, but I also like many of the changes. Primarily with Gmail, contact changes, and a few other things that I can't think of right now. I suppose the fact that I was having an abundance of issues (primarily surrounding the "Low Memory Error" coming up without reason) that I've been much more satisfied with the stability 2.2 has brought me. However, since I manually updated and didn't flash, I'm considering doing a hard reset just to start sorta fresh. With everything essentially backed-up off-site (AppBrain for my apps, SMS Backup & Restore, Gmail Accounts for contacts, and Astro for just about everything else), I figure all I'll really have to do is re-organize my layout. That'll take all of about 20 minutes.

what is the best thing to clean the fingerprints off the screen with? microfiber towel?

im gonna order some screen protectors off ebay.

 

A microfiber cloth is probably your best bet.

You can get screen protectors just about anywhere. Check a store that has camera accessories they have the ones that you cut and put on.

 

well....i was gonna get one from verizon that would need to be cut, but i found some cut for this phone on ebay for around $3 to 6.

 

Might as well go for it then if shipping isn't much. Is it the kind that's the privacy thing as well?

i don't think swype came with the 2.2 update for the incredible.

 

heres one for ya'll..............i keep getting text messages on my new phone from something about "z-mail" or some shit. i've texted back "stop" to it....but it keeps texting me the same message. any idea what this is and how to stop it?
