Thanks man! I went to keys4less.com and bought the transponder chip that comes in my trucks key, I forget what number it was though, and then took it to a local locksmith and told them what I wanted. The key they ended up giving me was an Xhorse VW key. I'd just Google what chip you need. It was only like $4 when I bought mine.

You can buy the key on keys4less.com too if you want, but I originally bought a Corolla key/fob (all one piece) and the fob part didn't work with my truck. The signals from the fob have to match the ones your truck is designed to receive or something.

Thank you. Stock height, I've been kicking around the idea of doing a lift. I did a 2 inch preview lift with Jack stands and to me it looked awkward because of the 265/70-16 tire diameter and the space between the tire and wheel opening. A 265/75-16 probably would have looked good.

Gosh, all these pictures of Taco's with silver wheels look pretty darnd good, clean, classy & rugged . It's amazing how black wheels can change the looks of any nice looking Taco to give it that mean, nasty, & ratty look. Just what a lot of folks are looking for these days. Congrats to all of ya'll, no matter what look you're looking for.
