Yeah. Misunderstanding on my part. 2nd gen tray will work, but not a 3rd gen.

 

I've seen some people just cut the lip off on the edge of the battery tray and let the battery hang over a little.

 

My 2nd generation regular cab has 27F.

Has anyone every bought the Kapowsin Hancock forest pass? or the white river or eatonville one for that matter. Thinking about picking one up next year for hunitng, wood, camping. but the stupid part is even your spouse needs a pass, kids under 18 are allowed.

 

Just got back from a week long trip in the Canadian Rockies. I highly recommend it.

Yeah, the fall here is just kind of rain, but im from the mid-atlantic where the colors are cray cool looking and the air gets crisp. I miss that and it was a blend of that and the fall here. Even got a little snow at elevation.

 

That's some gorgeous landscape. I don't know about other folks, but I'm certainly living vicariously through your travel posts.

I was west and north of Nelson BC

 

nice never been that far east. i've been up and canoed the Bowron a couple times.

 

Ive only been to vancouver and whistler so it was cool to hit some small canadian towns

 

definitely feels like time travel the farther north and the farther from snivelization.

 

Help needed w/ 2016 AGM battery install:

After a little more reading (@crashnburn80 ), seems like I'll need to add a voltage booster to properly charge the AGM battery (X2 27F). Additionally, the 2016 sounds like it's voltage monitoring differs from 2017+ ('16 -> Alt-S circuit vs. '17+ -> ECU)? Though, I'm still not sure which kit I need.

Is this something any of you have done for a 3rd gen or otherwise that could help a brotha out with? @SaphiraTaco? Happy to pay for the time / space.

My truck-fu skills have improved considerably working with several of you sensei out there, but electrical is still something I'm not comfortable with.
