While you've got the blower off spark plugs would be an easy maintenance item to knock out. LCE also sells the bypass valve if magnuson is asking an arm and a leg.. here's the link

You really just got the crap end of the stick on your blower didn't you. Sorry to hear it but I'm glad you are resolving this now!

It is possible your bypass valve is way out of adjustment or binding causing the valve to not fully close.
This would cause all of your symptoms you describe.

I don't believe so, when I took it off to grease the rotor bearings and changed the oil I checked the adjustment of the valve and it seemed fine. No binding and I actually felt like I could have adjusted it a touch more, but didn't want it to be that close to the bind point. I could easily tell when it binded.

Keg muffler installed. Was quite surprised at how big of a difference it made in sound. Also, not going to lie, feels like it flows better than the manga flow on my URD catback

It is not in your head. Some mufflers are just designed better than others and make a small yet slightly notable difference in power. I know mine did upon install.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Can you post the part number for that thing? I keep crawling under dodges now, but only find the 2 into 1 mufflers and the rebels are dual output. I can’t find the model with the single in and out.

I have looked and there couldn't find a part #. Most likely because you cant purchase just the muffler, you have to purchase the whole section since tubing is welded to muffler.

I got them from a muffler shop that was taking off nearly new oem mufflers and putting aftermarket ones on.

Yep, might as well hop into the herd! Unless you have unparalleled discipline like @JuanitoBunito you will end up where we are anyway.
