What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Had to blow out from the wind i am guessing .. unless someone stole it? I don't do the automatic car washes so it was not from that. A new roof drip molding is $52 .. guess if i replace i will be sure to glue it in place along with other side

 

I just pulled the trigger on this and ordered an sso bumper. Wife is definitely gonna grab one of my colts and unleash the fury.

I'm ordering as soon as I leave my office and get home. Ready to die...but at least my truck will look amazing.

 

Might want to check out how the letters are held on. My ebay grill lost all its letters in a few weeks.

 

Well I was in a heavy downpour last night as I drove 36 miles with these blazing. The LEDs I bought will burn your retinas out. Seemed to cut it down a little which is what I wanted to do with my new LED fogs..

1.improve brightness over stock fogs
2 cut the brightness to oncoming traffic

 

Just stuffed and I mean stuffed, a full sized matched spare BFG AT KO2 285/70/17 into the stock spare tire location today. Had to turn the tire over to get it to fit. It lays very near the heat shield and exhaust hanger so I might lay a bit of heat tape there to protect the tire some but other than the tight fit no mod, bracket bending, or cutting was done.

For the wet fall/winter weather here it should be fine but on long hauls I might have to look at moving the exhaust a touch or hauling it in the bed but for this hunting season, which opens tomorrow, it works.

 

Finally ditched the spacer lift and got a Bilstein kit installed...

With the Exhaust re-route done yesterday, I put in a S&B Cold Air Intake today.

I like it. It’s not the best quality, but I just wanted to see if I’d want one like this and this was the cheapest route I could find. It works well, put it up on a rainy and somewhat windy day and it held up.
