They are definitely more yellow than amber but they still do the job! I set mine on the switchpro for my BD5 to operate left/right independently and secondary function for each to be flashers.

    Works like a dream!

Wish I got a switchpro from the start. Every light I add I regret not having got it but feel I’d have to rewire everything again if I did get it so I hold off. Sounds like a nice set up.

Those leads are so tiny... I figured there would be more draw than that.

Yeah they are, around 20awg. So far no issues with people running BD or KC off them. Now if you load up the housing will all reds, that might be a little too much draw

I have the KC5 light. About a month ago I replaced 2 lights due to cracked lenses. @Taylor@KC HiLiTES helped me out and I only had to pay for one.
So today I noticed I have cracked lenses again on 2 lights. Both white cargo lights (clear lenses.) Last time it was a red and a white. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if the sun/heat is causing cracks. Anybody else having this problem?
Anybody have spare lenses for sale? KC doesn’t sell lenses only. Im thinking about buying some clear plastic and making my own lenses. Any suggestions?

This is what’s been bothering me on the install. All the fixed lights are fine, you can silicone them from the front & back. But there are two that you need to mount AFRER you bolt up the housing. There for there is no way you can get a waterproof seal with silicone. The best you can do is silicone them from the front as you push the light and cable in, but that will not create a 100% waterproof seal. If you silicone the led light as you put that in the housing, that still won’t create a seal due to where the cable hole is. The amount of water will be minimal, and I’m sure won’t cause a problem, but I simply don’t see any way to complete seal the hole on the two lights that have to be mounted after you bolt up the housing. It would have been perfect is there was a recess behind the light to coil some wire into, that way you could silicone the wire in the hole and still be able to pull the light in and out without breaking the silicone seal.

I know it still isn't 100% but before bolting my lights in to the housing for the final time i very generously applied a bunch of RTV into the recess. enough that upon tightening RTV squeezed out. I then put a very thin bead around the light. I know there is possibly parts left exposed, but it sure helped.

really only noticeable from close up. as soon as my how to video uploads to youtube I'll post a link. it shows the middle lights with RTV. I decided I would rather Take a slight hit Aesthetically to get a little more peace of mind.

Heres a quick video I made of my install. Im sure there are things I could have done better. and I apologize for the footage being vertical, not sure how to get away from that with a cell phone.

Cleaned up the housing today, had some RTV flakes left over. The exposed RTV is really only noticeable if your looking for it. But from a few feet it’s almost non existent.
