Just received the adjustment brackets today which was the last of the kits. :bananadance: Putting them today now actually. I was trying to wait until the install video was complete so that everyone has that to go off of. I’m thinking maybe the middle of the week to end will be when I will shoot to ship and officially release :)

I found Acc. Two places, large white wire in the main connector for the windows not (pin 13) and small white wire in the door lock connector. Note: I’m surprised no one mentioned there is no 12VOLT or ground behind the plug and play connector for the tailgate opener and module. Was it pin 9 ?

Same here. I cannot find constant 12V with the key off and I checked the harness that goes into the switches, the harness that goes into the mirror controls, the harness that powers window motor (as you mentioned), and the harness towards the door latch...left side of open door.

I cut the red fused wire from the PNP harness, that lead to window motor. Connected red wire to a wire that I ran separately as a constant 12V, from door to dash fuse box.

I am still hopeful of a fix or PNP harness.

What do you mean there is no 12V or Ground behind the PNP Tailgate Opener and Module?

You might want to check this too because I noticed that depending on whether trucks have Power Window (w/Jam Protection m) or (w/o Jam Protection) depends on which Pin there 12V ACC is as well. It is either #9 or #10.

You can see where the ground is located in the Harness. That is obvious

Can you check any of the wires in the door. It doesn’t just have to be the ones that are in the current Power Folding Mirror Harness. If it is in the door and it has an OEM Connector, most likely I can make a PNP Harness for it. I’d like to get this done prior to release if at all possible please.

My truck must be W/Out jam protection because there is only two wires. As I mentioned there is 12volt Acc.

If you are referring to folding mirror pnp harness or the tailgate plp opening harness

Well in that message it was referred to in it about not having a ground or 12V for the Tailgate Opener and we do in the Harness so I was showing where the Pin locations.

@JohnnyReb I did get those three wires into the OEM connector. I'm not an electrical person, but I have some tools. There is a tab on the original connector that I lifted, then I inserted the wires, with pins, using a jewelry screwdriver. I tried to compared the configuration before inserting and I had to go back and reinsert. I felt as if those 3 wires were thin and fragile at the pin connection. Use caution and don't force.

Exactly this. There is a right and wrong way the crimped end will fit into the housing. There is a little tab that sticks up in one face, that slides into a keyway in the housing. Below is part of a conversation with another member that was going on when we did our installs. If you have it facing the wrong way, it will start, but not seat completely. Then, you will not get a connection when you plug the housing back into the mating connector housing. I chased this very issue for a few hours.

CAUTION: make sure you put the crimped ends into the connector facing the correct way. The rolled ends of the crimp should face away from the latch. There is a small key on the crimp that will not allow the wire to fully seat if the crimp is not facing the right way.
You may need a jewelers screw driver or eyeglasses screw driver to finish pushing the wire all the way into the connector.
