Eventually, yes. I’ve got my mind on a couple other things first. It only cost like $20 to paint the grill.

I like what you did with your FJ wheels. I had those in silver before and now I have the gun metal grey.

4x4 Actuator, truck wouldn't shift into 4hi. The actuator fork was jammed up but after manually turning it a few times it moves very well now. Soldered the motor leads while I was in there too.

I used my Bosch jigsaw with a fine bi-metal blade. Cut it like butter.

Put the bed rail caps and ARE cap back on, should be good for another six years. Used rust converter primer then spray bed liner

Agreed, I just did the same for my tailgate. Rust converter then spray bed liner. One side of my bed rails isnt too bad where I could sand it down and have a half inch of bedliner expose, but the other side is starting to bubble a bit too low where I might have to get body work done to hide it.

What type of rust converter did you use?

I think it's pretty well covered at nauseum, but did you notice any change in MPG (assuming you don't floor it to hear the exhaust more often)?

Got the grill done! It’s not perfect by any means nor a perfect match. But for $20. I’ll take it over the chrome.597155CE-843E-46E6-98DD-CB8201604B12.jpg
