Amazing how a beta tune is released for TESTING and FEEDBACK to fine tune the final release and people get bent out of shape it isn’t the final release and 100%. I’m not sure what is so difficult for people to understand.

Run 1.05 or the stock tune and wait patiently for the final release of 2.0 if its that big of an inconvenience.

Agreed. I'm still running 2.0 ole beta and enjoying a normal driving truck.

No not really. Discussion was about the dump tubes without a tune. Kinda like the hand helds without instructions.

I'm just here to read comments and Deucer does have a valid point.

2.0 OLE is by far the best for my Taco.

Our solution fixed it on 2 trucks tested, but again it's not a guarantee.

And something I'm trying to make clear here is I cannot make a tune for the sole purpose of eliminating check engine lights.

    Im not mad at all.
No there will not be 19800 tonight. Sorry there are some other things needing done first.

The right answer in this business scenario is to be prepared ahead of time, which to be honest is actually considerably difficult with the size + community nature of this platform, but it's steps we are taking.

I actually was happy ordering dump tubes ahead of time on the first batch, ready to be prepared, only for those 5 to be sold off in 10 minutes and months of waiting for more.

Regardless of what the current state of things is ( a little confusing, a little slow, a bit of a forum mess) I'm doing what can be done, with the time and budget possible to make it better, clearer, faster.

Personally, I'm shocked this keeps getting pushed around on public forums, what with the emissions liability and all. It's been said a hundred times, at least. The tune is to optimize performance with the tubes, and may or may not throw codes. And whatever was said in private emails, please keep that private

Yes, that's the first and only OLE tune.

So now I am a keyboard warrior!!! I was told that the tune would come on a certain day and I had time off of work to install them so I did just that and when no tune was sent is where the problem arose. I also understand that the tune may or may not take care of the CEL but running rich and loss of top end is what the tune is supposed to fix. You bought the tune to fix your transmission correct? I understand how the front and rear O2 sensor works and the CEL is my problem not Mats. Anyway Mat resolved the problem and I tried to end this earlier but I guess some people just can't let it go.

My bad...doing this from work and these computers will kick me off of the forum so I guess I didn't get to read it that well before it kicked me off. Guess I will just stay off for now. Thanks for correcting me!

This is interesting to me because I did like the OLE tune for a little while but it seemed to learn bad habits. No giddyup, poor passing throttle response, and mpg's went down. 19770 is head and shoulders above all the previous 2.0 betas but it does have that lurch to it. Passing is finally a breeze. Predictable downshifts one gear at a time. Not the best for 4 low but this is what I would like to build upon. Take a touch off of the tip in for the first part of pedal travel and leave the rest alone.

can't change on the fly yet . Last month I took my truck on a 2500 mile trip to Moab and back running the 1.5 tune with gear lock and it was great. now reading about every ones tip in comments I'm wondering if I should keep my pedal commander until the 19800 comes out
