UTAH (and Surrounding Areas) BS Thread

Well, that game sucked.

So many penalties and missed opportunities.

 

Good turnout as usual. So many fj40s in all colors and conditions. Bunch of 100 series LCs as well. Really making me consider getting one.

 

Tough game for ya. Hopefully moss isn’t out log term. That offensive line needs a lot of work.

 

Considering we haven’t one a game in the Coliseum in a century, I shouldn’t be surprised. But, yeah I don’t have a good vibe on Moss. He hasn’t seemed to be 100% since the season began.

The O line is struggling. It’s our Achilles heel for sure.

 

So I'll be selling my rear wrap-around tube bumper mid/end of October. Thought I'd throw it out here first.

I want to get rid of my sliding glass window bad.....

 

Yup soooooooo much better than the slider window.

 

Looking to do a quick jaunt up a fire road or to a peak. The only ones I know of are south near Provo or north near Ogden. I'm located in Sandy....any good suggestions for a quick outing?

 

5 Mile?

 

I like 5 mile but it’s a hour drive. Thinking closer to the Salt Lake valley...

 

I mean there’s a mild and short trail off Orson Smith Park in Draper, enough to get the truck dusty anyway

 

Funny, it sorts of fizzles out at the top of a popular MTB trail in that area. Always wondered how to get on that road. Now I know.

 

You can go up Jeremy Rd, past Jeremy Ranch Golf Course. It turns to dirt a bit above the golf course. Eventually it hits 65 just below east canyon reservoir.

 

It was a good win tonight. I’m very pleased.

Has anyone gone out and checked out the fall colors?

I always talk about going but never go. Today would’ve been a good day to do it.

 

Only time I’ll go out and look for color of the season is when the pine trees have a white blanket.
