Judging by the boob job... it’s either a woman or packs transition goals.

    Yeah no.

I almost wanted to crop that part out. People mutilating their bodies for vanity upsets me.

    That’s no different than bodybuilding.

*From what I've heard* Cardio post weight session is the way to go. If done before, you won't be able to maximize you weight session. Done after, blood continues to flow to the muscles, and then does something beneficial after that (shite memory). Basically helps the work capacity of your lungs and muscles more when done post, I think.

Well working out at the gym is different than paying a surgeon to take scalpel to you and introduce all sorts of medical risk so you can feel better about yourself.

Is it different than using PEDs? Maybe not.
Bodybuilding in general? Not on the same level in my mind.

Bodybuilding and PEDs go together like peanut butter and jelly.

I’ll let you think the way you do as some people just are one track minded. But being raised with 2 sisters who both need/want boob jobs and a mom that had one as well.... I see nothing wrong with modifying your body if it will make you happy. I was miserable with my bone structure and face I was born with. Had a jaw surgery when I was 20 and felt like a whole new person and had more confidence than I’ve ever imagined.

    Bodybuilding ain’t no different IMO.

    Competitive/professional bodybuilding yes.

I didn’t know how the term was being used. Are we talking IFBB pro or just hitting the gym.

So you don’t believe in people feeling good about themselves without having to do that?

Its a free country, people are free to do what ever they want and make their own choices. I just feel bad when people feel thats necessary. I’d rather live in a world where women don’t feel self conscious and less feminine because of their cup size.

I personally have never felt good about my body, until last year after my first cut. I still struggle, but this year it's even better after my 2nd cut. I finally feel good about myself. Last year was the first time I took my shirt off in public in over 10 years.

I also purchased breast augmentation for my fiance last year because she felt like a 10 year old boy her whole life. She always stuffed her bra since she was 13. Would sleep in bra's and a shirt to give illusion she had breasts, etc etc... She was terrified to even take her bra off when we first had that opportunity. I felt terrible. She was so insecure our relationship almost failed over it. (long detailed story), but just know this it changed her. She's not the same anymore, she's exactly who she has always wanted to be.

People can certainly feel good about NOT having to do special things, I can agree 100%. Some people maybe not as easily as others, and maybe some people never. It is an unfortunate reality, the shit world we live in with social media has corrupted our minds.

I never felt good about me until I stopped caring what others thought. Thats why I don’t post pics... and why I’ve actually never taken one single status photo ever in my life.

I do this for me, no one else. Plus I don’t have to look at me, other people do so if you don’t like what you see sucks for you LOL.

Theres only one persons opinion I value and that person has made me feel the same naked at 140, to 180, to now.

I can understand your fiances feelings. A dude would be the same way if it were an extreme size issue like that.

I just wish no one ever felt that way.

I just find it interesting in that photo though. Notice how at the top of the list is 260lb woman who doesn’t feel good about herself, and at the bottom of the list is a 130lb woman who doesn’t feel good about herself. The weight loss isn’t going to solve the issue.
Barring extreme circumstances the issue is more in how you are psychologically and not physically.

    I find it all interesting.

    I totally agree.

Finances are the same too. People posting all over look at this vehicle I bought, check out these mods, oh I’m going on a trip to New Zealand, I just bought a new house. Holy shit, the desire to keep up or you feel left behind.

I can’t tell you how many of my friends think I’m a fucking charity case because I never go out to eat with them. Uh no, I have to make choices. $100 going out or $100 in my HSA. Not everyone has a credit card.

Social media really has made the judgment and comparison part of our society so much worse, in all aspects.
