    idk how I feel about a used 850$ bike. it's already a "cheap" bike in terms of the bike world, so whoever bought it beat it to hell...a tune up is expensive and you might as well just buy it new instead...

    I need to run by the LBS's and see what they've got for options.

    oh trust me I know, I also desire a hardtail...so the used market is better for FS, imo, than it is for hardtail. simply because of starting price.
