I never had a dog put his head under water, amazing how they learn not to breathe. I wish I had a full size pool for him

 

He is a big boy. The blue pool really gives some perspective. Handsome fellow.

 

Our black lab mix likes to blow bubbles. She sticks her snout under water and blows out her nose.

My girl will only drink from the bottom of the watter bowl, then walk away with a mouthful of water. I'm just happy she can finally get a drink without both feet in the bowl. I call her a moose.

 

I been looking for some sort of board or sled for the snow. Barney likes riding them, puts his front paws on and then kicks his back legs. The wife bought those plastic blankets the kids use but he destroyed them within the hour. I need something that is double walled. So far on my search I come up with squat. Nice looking pup

 

He weighed 97 pounds at the Vets a couple of days ago

Our little girl, Lexi, had to have a tumor removed from her back a couple of days ago. She just wants to lay on my lap the whole time right now. (Not a good picture, but you get the point).

 

Hope she heals quick. Just lay there and let her be comfortable.

 

Thanks. She’ll be fine. She’s an inside dog but likes to hunt lizards on the back porch. The vet said to keep her out of the sun for a while. It’s still hot outside so she is milking it for attention. Spoiled rotten.

Welcome the newest member of the "dogs with a tacoma" club, Draco. He's a 6 year old German Wirehair that I jailbroke from the shelter on Friday. 66 pounds of fairly headstrong sass and derp that loves to snuggle up once he gets his backtalk out of the way. Working on leash walking and just mellowing out inside the house for now. Eventually gonna work on off leash obedience and MTB trail dog ability once we get that out of the way.
