    Name: William H. Monk, Jr.
    Age: 74 years old
    Black/grey hair and blue eyes
    5’11”, 150-160 lbs. typically wears glasses with a gold frame.

    Does not have dementia but could be disoriented if he hasn’t eaten or hasn’t had blood pressure medications.

    Driving 2017 bright blue Toyota Tacoma truck.
    WV plates DVG456 (disabled veteran plates)

    He was scheduled to travel from Kenna to the Milroy Road area of Braxton County, West Virginia on Saturday, September 28, 2019 but never arrived.

    Last contact evening of 9/27 in Kenna, WV. Cell phone last pinged off cell tower on 9/28/19 in the morning near Blue Creek/Elkview WV area. All hospitals have been contacted multiple times and the State Police are involved.

    I showed this pic to one of the old timers here. He said yup! Thats how we used to unload refers.

    We use belted trinity trailors now. The few refers we load are unloaded with a smaller 'spud hog'

    You guys have sugar beets? Didn't know they still grow those commercially. For a short time I worked at the Spreckels sugar factory. Grew up in the Salinas valley where they grew sugar beets. They closed the factory years ago and tore a lot of it down.
