Do you know if the original buyer bought it during the president's day group buy this past feb? Both mine and @Unchained 5150 's were the same way and it was part of a batch that used a jig that was off. @ovrlndkull will help you out with @SOS CONCEPTS .

As ovrlndkull said, getting it all sorted out. Great customer service to work with a 3rd party buyer. No complaints here.

Sidenote: how the hell do you tag another user?

I've been talking with skip about a few options. I'm sure hell let you know. There was a bad batch from our "new then" press break. All replacements were sent out to the ones that contacted me. Look forward to getting you squared away. Thanks

I'm finally getting around to installing a SOS skid set on my 2009 Tacoma sport. Removed the old skid plate and brackets and there seems to be a large gap between the frame where the middle bolts attach and the skid plate. Front and rear bolts threaded to hold the plate up, but I cant get the middle bolts to install. Am I missing some bushings or is there something wrong with the skid plate? The plates seemed like it was missing some hardware for the mid-skid. Photo attached with the issue. Thanks!

When did you get the skid? There was a time where some if the skids were made using a jig that was off. FYI @ovrlndkull . @OscarMyers mine was like this and was promptly replaced.

Yeah. I’m in comms with their people. Sounds like I’m in the same boat. Kinda shitty since I finally painted it and rolled on some rhino liner. Went to Install and no fit. :-/
