Time for some food porn. I smoked over 20lbs of cheese since I got back from Wisconsin

Not sure if it's Yoshi but it's 1/2 of a copper mat & yes. Thanks GoPro 7 Black makes it easy. Came out great considering I couldn't see what I was actually filming most of the time. Just point, shoot &
You can see my shadow with camera on a stick in Pt.19 (with 2 ball swivels so I can point it anywhere).
Walking backwards while filming was fun at times (best example is in Pt.7)

 

Can vouch. That cheese is freaking great!

 

And it's almost to the 2 week point of the 2-4 wait. I just hate waiting...

 

I never thought of smoking the curd.
Going to have to try that.

 

1st time trying it.
I figured it had a good surface to mass ratio.
Like the Mexican string cheese (which got too hot to rearrange)

 

Any red mites currently? every time I venture up to the black-rock area springs I run into mites. We were at the ones in the Ruby Valley this past weekend and the main pool had them everywhere...

 

I’ve never seen mites at Black Rock.
