I have a 2009 Tacoma access cab. I am in the process of converting the rear to a platform and would like to remove the seats & headrests, could anyone give me the "how to" Thanks Den[IMG]

Don’t you just pull up? There should be a button to release them

    More than I can afford
The headrests on access cabs don't just pull out like the DC ones. You have to pull the rear plastic from the top and reach your hand down in there to remove 4 bolts per headrest. Not the most fun job and I am pretty sure I broke a couple of clips in the process.
I pulled mine on the X-Runner, nobody has ever sat back there.

This is how I did mine also- just pull the top part away and reach down inside. It's not a lot of fun, but I didn't break any clips and all is fine 11 yrs later.

The lower portion of the seats unbolt. If you remove the seatbelts, you can plug the threaded holes in the floor with 7/16-20 UNF bolts.

The same shit everyone else has.
Pop the back panel off. It’ll expose the mounting bolts. Remove those. Then the head read pop off.
