They have some good stuff. I always order a Mint Mojito with an Avocado Toast.

I worked a catering once where the client specifically requested Philz Coffee, cost them an arm and a leg. It is not cheap.

You don't have to be on a crazy diet to lose weight. Just work out regularly, and control your meal portions and you'll notice a difference. Cut out soft drinks for water.

I switched to water only for a year, and didn't change my eating habits at all. I lost 45 pounds.

 

I'm not driving 30-35 minutes one way. just to go to some gym. And I do drink water Tyler. Ever wore a hazmat suit? You have any idea how much sweat you can generate in 10 minutes from those?

 

You're also what 19 or 20yrs old? It's ridiculously easy to lose weight when you're in your 20s. Just wait in 10-15 years you'll see what I mean lol.

That being said I agree that exercise is equally if not more important than diet. Of course what you eat matters but if you aren't making an effort to be active then it will be very hard to lose weight.

I have a less than good diet but I stay active and am in good shape. I really detest going to the gym but it's so ingrained into my routine that I force myself to do it at least 4 - 5 days a week, plus hockey at least once a week. If I didn't do those things my beer drinking alone would probably have me looking like jabba the hut.

I am trying to improve my own diet though because the older you get the more that part truly plays a bigger role. Less about weight gain but more overall health.

 

I'm going to make a goal not to use a hydraulic wood splitter this winter. I'm going to get a couple of splitting mauls

 

Diet only does so much to help you get into shape. If you want to get into shape, you actually have to work out.
