What kind of biking is not cheaper than off-roading the Tacoma’s? Dirt biking ever time you go to the track you better have 200+ in reserve. Btw anyone wanna ride?

But 200 is for people who race and push themselves. Dirt bike riding is almost as affordable as any other hobby. 2006-2010 2 strokes can be had for about 1500-2000.

 

Anyone want to go camping this weekend? Really looking forward to this cooler weather.

 

A few years ago I bought a 2000 or 01 yz125 that didn’t run and had been parked in a barn for several years for $100 delivered to me. Ended up rebuilding the top end, cleaning the carb and putting new plastic on it (roughly $200 invested) drove it around for several months then sold it on Craigslist for $1k. Wish I had a barn full of blowed up two strokes. Super simple to work on.

 

Offroading cost maybe a 1/4 of gas over biking?

 

True!!! As late in the day as it was I should have just ate my pack of crackers but, with late soccer game I wasn’t eating dinner till after 8.

i think that’s the bumper folks get from ebay. Have heard good things about them from those that have them. $450 is a pretty good price

 

We all find the time if we want to do something. I'm just giving them a hard time. Lol

 

Sometimes we want to do something, but don't have the time to do it! That's why I enjoyed my ride this past weekend! First time we haven't gone to a football jamboree, band function or basketball practice. It's hunting season and I'm ready to get in the woods with bow/gun/spear!

Well the coilover adjust turned into a nightmare last night. And now I have a coilover that’s assembled but has the spring compressor stuck between the springs...guess I’m gonna take it to rocket city Offroad and see if they can use their spring compressor or do something to get it out...

 

Oh I know life dictates what we do, just messing with them. We all do what ever we want to do, like get in the woods with bow/gun/spear.
