We need more pics of the ride! How's the stance? What you expected? Where did you end up in terms of lift?

All my stuff is out for delivery today and I'm scheduled to drop off the truck in the morning. More excited than ever after seeing some pics and hearing feedback.

Just dropped the truck off this morning. They told me to plan on picking it up tomorrow, but I'm hopeful they can get to it early and get it done today. I'll post some pics when it's done.

Also posted is a before photo as it sits now with Icon Overland Rear Springs and Stock TRD Off-road suspension. It’ll probably be a couple weeks until I can get in my buddies shop to get it all installed but I can’t wait! The build quality is phenomenal and nothing short of what expected after using their Bike/Motorsport suspension for years. I’ve got a pretty good feeling they aren’t gonna let me down.

3 boxes of Elka goodness just showed up at my door!
    Looks really nice.
Neat how the front resi mount is also a sway bar relocate... if your silly enough to still be using a front sway bar.

Been wanting the Kings for years, just couldn't justify the cost... and the garish bright blue.

    Thanks Ramon and Marie.
I will post a couple pics in here next week... hopefully.

Well, I couldn’t stand it once I got it back and took it on a trail real quick to get a feel for how it behaved off-road. Ended up riding till dark. I’ll post some pics tomorrow but - wow. The ride is impressive on and off-road. very pleased and very excited.

Anyone running this setup from Elka using a diff drop kit? Just wondering if I should pick one up? Mine will be on the FJ but I’ve read and heard that if not going higher than 3” then the diff drop won’t be needed and can actually cause noises, popping, etc. and anything above 3” it should be used. I plan on having mine sit around the 2.5” mark possibly 3”. Rather be safe than sorry to know if I need to order it.

Doing the diff drop is very much a preference thing since the correction it provides is minimal. The spacers are used to drop the support arms that extend forward and attach to the front cross support, so in reality you aren't really dropping the diff, but more just angling it downward. This translates to very little drop which means little correction. Also when you drop the diff you now have to drop the skids so you are actually taking from your ground clearance, which most who offroad try to avoid. That said if you are wanting to get to 3" up front, its not a bad idea to install the kit because even though the correction isn't substantial it does still help a little. With my 4Runner at 3" we went ahead and did the diff drop.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the info. I guess I’ll decide when I install it all if I wanna go that route. Hate to lose the clearance. Also do you think I’ll need the extended brake lines in the rear if it’s only going 2” above stock height in the back? Looks like that’s all the rears are rated for which is fine.
