    yes!
Yes, I’m very thankful I was able to destress.

I got my run in this evening, went to my parents for dinner and had 20 minutes before it was ready so I hit the road.

If anyone is actually interested in learning more about IF Dr. Jason Fung has podcasts that do a very good job breaking down the science behind metabolism and nutrition. They are particularily good explaining why dietary fat is not bad for you and how carbohydrates and the primary cause of nutrition related disease and weight gain.
They also explain the basic concepts behind IF.

There is an episode that specifically addresses stress and sleep and its impact on metabolism for those of you who want information on the metabolic harm both causes.

Our Realtor was also at dinner last night, she was babysitting her 7 year old neighbor and not 5 minutes after finishing supper the little girl walks over and taps me on the shoulder and says “I challenge you to 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 burpees and a 20 second plank.”.
Y’all, I would love to have the energy of an7 year old, she knocked out 20 push-ups in the time if took me to do 15, the sit-ups she did 20 in the time it took me to do 13, I sat out on the burpees and then she did a 25 second plank and I only did a 20 second plank.

She told me that she would give me 3 months to work out and she expected me to beat her next time we had a competition.
I guess I have to get in a workout schedule again so I don’t get beat by a 7 year old.

I gotta get on Pinterest and start getting meal prep ideas, that looks great!

I’ll add it to my list, I’ve forgotten my earbuds the last 2 days so I’m stuck listening to the radio in the tractor today.
One of these days I’ll spend the $10 or so on a Bluetooth adapter for the tractor so I can just use the radio with my phone.

Thanks, working on 'em. :) Before I slacked off on everything I was hitting 315 bench for 8-10 and squats were over 405 (although with knee wraps or sleeves) for 5+. The heavier I get with my squat work though brings this cramp/knot/pain in my left thigh through the week whenever I stand up or do any pressing motion. I'm sure the foam roller is most peoples advice to work it out. Kept hoping that taking some time off from heavy squats would let it relax and "normalize" but it would appear that's a NO!

My weekly prep is about that much. I have the rule where if I cook prepped meals for the lady and I, she washes the dishes

That’s a good deal! I just make it all in big dishes and then scoop into the Tupperware I use for lunch daily. Lot less cleaning lol.

It's literally the same amount of cleaning. 5 days of tupperware = 5 days of cleaning the tupperware. You still (hopefully) wash your tupperware out after each use.

You got a solid point. One looks more intimidating though and requires more Tupperware

I find it to be a PITA to go into a large container and scoop shit out using measuring cups every single morning before work. I just want to reach in the fridge and grab whatever and throw it in my lunch box. Then I’m washing my measuring cups everyday for the next day.
