    I live in Utah, but haven't heard of them. Did a quick Google search and found their customer ratings are very high, over 4.5 on most sites and 4.7 on Google. Maybe they have high labor rates because their demand dictates that, because they do good work.

    Every time I call these people they have some excuse why it’s not done yet. It really shouldn’t take 2 days to do a wheel bearing. I’m sure when I go to pick it up they will try to spring a few hundred more dollars on me. I hate to talk bad about other mechanics but I could have done this job in 2 hours had I had the tool and a press. First and last time I let someone else work on my truck

    Maybe you should have let him use your Utah plates Gunshot, they possibly got greedy knowing he's from out of state, as JaCado stated in his video post. But I'm sure their high ratings on the internet are important to them regardless, Marcus, you should tell them you are unhappy.
