I may have a set of JBA headers for 2012-2015 available shortly. Ordered a set for my truck and could not get them to seal. Reached out to URD and JBA on warranty and JBA wasn't responding. Did some fiddling here and there and tried some different gaskets and sealant combos. Then out of nowhere JBA gives URD the go ahead to send me a warranty set. Not believing it would happen I worked on mine more trying to true the surfaces and trying other gaskets. Finally got them sealed up and 2 days later a brand new set shows up on my porch.

I am going to test mine for a week or two but if all goes well the warranty set will be up for sale so I can recoup some of the money I spent getting the original ones not to leak.

Well guys, the day has finally come. DT short tube headers are getting installed!

So apparently ECGS misinterpreted some measurements I gave them. I gave them the spring under inner side to inner side perch measurement, I got an axle that had the perches centered on the measurement. So when the shop went to install, they were 1/2" to narrow. NBD, got some ruffstuff perches ordered and dropped off today. HOPEFULLY truck will be done by next week, so I can take a week to slowly break in the new gears on the front and back and then change out the gear oil and go camping next weekend.

    New front diff
    Solid motor and trans mounts
    DT Headers

I must say, those Total Chaos shock mounts are fuckin hefty. I'm impressed. The shop is basically fresh welding on all the axle mounts, which I'm fine with. I had asked them to weld the shock mounts in like an inch or so more towards centerline since my shocks were originally installed like 2 1/2" off the frame. Eventually I'll be picking up another bedcage and have the top mounts adjusted in as well.

Also just got an email back from ADV fiberglass, my glass just got out of Gel coat and should be shipping this week.

Exciting stuff. I'm trying my best not to go full send and order more parts, seeing as how I haven't had more than two days off together in the last like 3 months...OT is through the roof lol, But I really wanna get debt free.

I got DT shorties waiting to go on. Let me know what you think and any adjustments you needed to make programming wise (not sure if you were running the UCON or not)

I’ve been running DT shorties and vibrant high flow cats for 2 years now. I got no complaints, I dig em!!. There are also a couple others that have/had them too.

If those are catless headers, then you can get the stage 2 tune for your UCon once you have them installed. Power delivery is much smoother with the stage 2

Finally got parts ordered for my s/c. Maguson was a damn pain in the ass. 1st time I talked to him he just told me to order the bypass actuator from Toyota, they still get some parts from them and since I am the parts manager I could get it cheaper from Toyota. After looking and verifying that indeed the part was not available from Toyota I left 3 messages, 1 a day until I finally got a call back. Told him I needed to order it and then he tells me to order it from his buddy over at Superchargers Online instead and that he is the only Magnuson authorized parts and service shop in the world. And he used to work for Magnuson. I have an account with Magnuson and can order wholesale from him but I was done with it and just wanted to get the parts coming. So I said screw it and called David at Superchargers Online and ordered the bypass actuator, the intercooler lid o-ring, the orange foam seal, and a new Eaton nose drive coupler after he told me the green one from zzperformance is known to come apart. So props to Magnuson, they still sold the parts to their buddy at wholesale, and then he got to make money on selling them to me at retail. But he had it all in stock and I will have it all Thursday. So this weekend, I will pull the charger, helicoil all the lid holes and install the parts along with another nosecone oil change. So I really hope that this is the best $230 I have ever spent on this truck. Cheers.

I have never heard of it, but figured for $10 for the Eaton one, I wouldn't chance it. I have way to "good" of luch with this supercharger.

So do I even need to get a TRD tune sine I have a bully dog tuner with the magnuson tune? Have not flashed the ECU yet but curious if it even matters if I am going to put HP Tuner on top of it.

Going back on this. Turns out my brother knows the owner of black widow exhaust and before I prep for the pipping stay with 2.5" all through or go back and swap for 3" muffler for the setup and go 3". Only wondering since all the Tacoma aftermarket run 3" for the most part.
