Thanks Jonny! Just feels good, didn’t get any feeling of shin splints, still got worn out but the best I’ve played since I started so this and biking is definitely helping. Ask Allen, it is tough being the hefty fella on the frisbee field..

Is there tackling involved with this frisbee game you play? Or is it more like frisbee soccer?

Frisbee soccer. No contact. Trust me, if there was tackling, I’d kick ass lol

You can’t run while you have the disk.

So basically you're just passing the frisbee to your team mate in the goal to score a point?

Yep. You work your way down field. Have a count of 10 seconds to get rid of the disk (whoever covers you counts). Full length soccer field. If disk hits the ground or is intercepted it’s a turnover. And all these players are like ex soccer or track guys. Literally like 4 of us in the whole league way more than 200lbs and I’m friends with all of them haha

Sounds fun! But I don't think I could gather enough folks together interested enough to play, not around here at least.

I’m willing to bet there is already a league lol. It’s ridiculously popular.

I just googled it for my town and there are zero frisbee soccer leagues around here. A lot of regular soccer leagues though. I played soccer growing up as a kid.

Lol it’s called ultimate frisbee. Not frisbee soccer.

Haha I used to play pickup games with church groups but it’s nothing like city leagues. These folks are serious and usually play in competitive leagues.

I hunt private land and management areas. 88 acres, landlocked by the St. Clair county airport and the owner's farm. That's where I killed my buck of a lifetime. Choccolocco and Little River both have excellent deer numbers. In 2010, I killed 7 off of Little River, all with my bow.

Is it true that you dont need a license down here to hunt private land?
