I don’t have pics bro... but I believe those turns they speak of are full revolutions. not just 1,2,3 turns real quick...you have some room to play with

That's true just like any headlight. Turn them too much and they detach from the screw. The only way to reattach is to open them up and attach manually. Though you'll have to raise them to the point where it's pointing to the sky lol.

It's easier for you guys to set up your truck about 20 ft from a wall, mark the oem lights height and position with tape (both sides), remove oem and install xb and use the oem marked as a reference. You should be extremely close to the perfect adjustment with only 1 inch or so too high or low.

There's a high school close to my house I can use to do my beam adjustment. I will have some explaining to do if the security guard found a security camera footage of me doing the headlight adjustment in the middle of the night.

I am also terrified to turn the vertical setting excessively. I marked a wall 25' away, to identify the OEM headlight projection. Once the Morimoto headlights were installed, the cut off was about a foot too low. I already turned the headlights adjustment about 3 turns. It was difficult to measure the exact adjustment turns. I feel that they are still too low. Help!!!

For those who think they are good low, what lifts are you running on your trucks if any? I would assume morimoto designed the headlights to be adjust with stock height. If your leveled or stock then achieving optimum height should be easy. But those who runs higher rear lifts than the front might have an issue with aiming.

I have all stock suspension and tires. No lift. I measured OEM headlights prior to install. I feel that the Morimoto headlights are too low after adjusting and I'm afraid to over adjust the vertical 8mm screw.

Take some pictures on a flat road from inside the cab so we can see exactly how low your beams are. You can probably have alot more room for adjustment than you think.

For anyone nervous, I cranked my verticals for probably like 7-9 full turns before it got to the proper height. They were basically pointed at the ground. Got them damn near perfect to the height of the projectors off the ground at 25' away from the wall. Haven't had someone flash their hi beams at me yet, so I'll take that as a good sign haha

I just got the lights installed. Confused why the sequently turn signal function isn't working. Following the instructions and unplugged the single blue plug-in on both sides. Any thoughts?

Also, when I have my headlights set to auto, during the day time nothing is on. I thought the DRL was on all the time, unless you turned the headlights to "off". Any thoughts about this too?

Maybe if you plug the single blue back in it will solve your drl problem

Yep, everything works great  Thanks again!

Also, when adjusting the headlights anyone having any issues? Seems that when I am going clockwise or counterclockwise the light doesn't seem to move. Are people having to screw them a lot?

the middle one is gonna show the most movement. The inner "Bright" is gonna be moving a bit, and I noticed the outermost ones barely showed up with any movement.
