Morning everyone, im still all messed up from west coast time, but managed to leave the house early today.
So as i fueled up I looked at the sad state of dirt road life coating the truck plus the rain drop spots from Mon? So I ran through the car wash and I cant get over how good it looks.
Scratches, dents, pinstripes and all!

I want to try and stop by for a day, my buddy will be there with his fj40 too.

 

I took the kayak off, but the rack was no problem.
The attendant at The station was staring at me like i was crazy pulling up to the 7' clearance though

 

Yessir, Banshee Reeks archery starting next Friday. Looking forward to using the new crossbow!

 

My buddy used the InReach while hunting eastern Washington/Idaho/Oregon and was able to communicate the whole time.

 

Great set up I've used mine to -15°

Doesnt look too bad, but the river was freezing across as we paddled!

I bought this new Snap-On toolbox a few weeks ago


...and it came with this toolbox/cart.

I really have no need for this cart. It lists for $1900 and the tool man says it goes on sale from time to time for $1500. If anyone here wants it, I will sell it for $1000 cash. Brand new. Never has had tools in it yet. Dark cement gray with maroon trim

I can totally empathize with you on the baby saving initiative impacting the truck and other "fun" funding projects. I finally pulled the super secret savings and cashed in on my first log splitter (have been using a maul and since the neighbor offered, was borrowing his run down splitter), especially heating with wood primarily in the new house + with the baby due mid-December aka momma and baby at home for 3 months (most all winter!!), she finally actually thanked me for what had previously been deemed "too much wood", or the comments like "wow, more wood, huh, what are you starting a firewood business?"

Best of luck with any couch change secret savings efforts, they keep saying it'll all be worth it...but I still have my doubts
