Prinsu Rack Rear Light Bar

Has anyone taken out the rear crossbar in the prinsu and added a light bar? Looking to do that! Saw one the other day and it looked way cool!
If you don’t know please give me suggestions on what I’d need to mount it and perhaps the size of light bar that would fit there! (Maybe 48? Not sure) thanks!

 

I had a 42” light bar on the rear but didn’t like how it put majority of the light straight rearward and changed to 4 flood pods to get more 180degree light coverage.


I just ordered some 80/20 “L” pieces from Amazon and using the rear bar gives perfect placement.



I assume you’re probably thinking of a 48” bar and side mounting, but the cross bars are 47” and you’re gonna have to get creative. Using the “L” piece with pods is simpler, cheaper and in my opinion, gives more options.

But post pictures of what you do.

 

Seems like there is no need to remove the rear bar as you could just mount a light bar or pods on top of of the rear bar or on the back side.

 

I was going more for the flush look! Not on top or bottom however they do look good

 

I just put one on top. Difficult to find one that will span that distance plus with the cases I have it’s low profile enough for me
