Fair enough. I run 1" blocks in the rear. Before I installed them I researched it. The ujoints are more than capable of handling this small amount of missalignment. What are you basing this on? If you have solid proof I may just take mine out.

No solid proof. Just my own personal experience. Bought the truck and it had a 1 inch block. Constant vibrations. My plan was to swap the suspension out anyway. But for shits and giggles. I removed the block and drove around. Instantly the vibes were gone.

Sorry then. You are a block hater. One of these guys that spent to much to achieve what blocks do.

For pavement imperfections, tires make the biggest difference. What pressures are you running?

Let's be real, the ONLY purpose blocks serve is lift. No performance, not flex, not increased ride quality, not strength.

So if me wanting some actual increased capability and performance out of lifting my rear end. Then block hate all day :notsure:

Did you get the 5100's for the 1.5 to 3 inch lift or just the ones for 0 to 1.5 inch lift

You gotta get the the higher quality 700lb rate block. Those ride the best with 5100’s

OME aren’t the only ones that make rear leaf packs, you have Alcan, AllPro, Deaver, Icon etc

That said you probably want to look into a different set of shocks. Is the ride too stiff or soft?

Take the cb spacer out and see if that helps smooth it out.

    You said it.
You said it. They certainly don't increase off road performance. They do allow for larger tires
I guess I can't disagree with this. If off-road use is your primary concern then yes. If lifting your truck affordably like $40 is your concern and not negatively affecting your road ride then the blocks certainly makes sense. Put a little hate in your day

Try lowering the rear tire pressure.

They sure are. They will bring out the rattles in your ride. Maybe cause more. But I like them. Lol

Front: TC Heimed UCAS, Fox 2.5 DSC coilovers
Rear: Archive garage Hammer Hangers, SUA conversion, Deaver expo SUA leaf pack, Fox 3"x3-tube bypass shocks.

Ride is much better than stock, no real comparison here. More compliance over little stuff, controlled flex over big stuff, enough dampening for jumps and shit:burnrubber:
