I will say it may also help that I moved to a lower elevation and am not stuck in hours of Californian-induced traffic every day...the truck, my sanity, and my Fallopian tubes are all working 3-400% better. Chainsaws and augmented breasts all day, ‘naw mean?!

That helps! I prefer all natural.

Going against the grain for the past year and a half has been a pleasure.

Well, you know what they say: ”once you go well-past-advertised/warrantied shelf life silicone turned rock hard implant, you never go back!”. Ah, to be young. Or, I mean I guess old, now. Fucking hairline.

Those drivers just can not be found by the utility or so it seems. They are installed, the files are there. All AV and protection turned off. I have even copied the files to OVT and Flashmanager folders and such. Still nothing in the drop down. Does it need to be hooked up to the cable first time to see in the drop down?

I believe you have to plug the cable into the computer to see the drop down data for the first time.

I am thinking this the case. The video is a tiny bit misleading because naturally they had connected before. I'll find out on Friday if not sooner. Thanks!

Just wondered if people who have installed this tune can actually feel this? I am considering doing this tune but the currency exchange rate is not in my favour and I am wondering if it is actually worth it. Those numerical gains are small, not sure it will help with the fact that I am getting beaten off the line by every Sienna-driving soccer mom. I have heavy E-rated KO2s, does not help either.

I would be very glad to get a gain of 2 mpg though, not because of saving money, but because I would get more range. It's not rational but I came from a diesel car that got 1100 km to a 55 litre tank in the summer, can't believe how often I have to fuel this pig.

You very much can feel it, the tune makes this drive like a completely different truck. There is actually usable power under 3500 rpm after tuning in addition to better fuel economy.

there are a lot of guys tuned up north like @MOC221_ @Livinserene @Ruggybuggy @iexc that would agree it is well worth the cost

    100%

The short taste of 2.0 Beta 87 on 04B13 I had was damn good WRT driveability too. My old truck never ran that good. Never.

What we're hearing now with these latest files is that it's even better in that department.

I will say though, that pairing the tune with the accumulator delete/mod dials it all in nicely.

Ugh, maybe I should try to flash one of the newer MT betas....

100% agree with all above though. It is a significant improvement.

My advice is to read through the OV website. See what you can learn. Then print STEPS 1,2,3. READ THEM AND WRITE NOTES ON THEM. Then watch the video through, go back and stop and start the video writing more notes on your printed steps. If you can also read this and the other threads and soak in what knowledge you can as well.

Set aside a block of time. My worst enemy. I get rushed through this and will skip or miss something! Read through the printed/notes again before you do any step. Plus you will have that paper right there.

PS save just the tune you want on your desktop. Most likely you will be mouseless. Fishing around and moving stuff on a Lenovo touch pad is painful nasty.
