So for future offroad trips such as going to Moab, mountain bikes should be part of the trip too. Would be all sorts of fun.

 

Folks that bike would have to actually go on the trip. Nobody else wanted to bike when we went so I didn’t take my bike. You can’t even make an oak mountain trip...how you gonna make Moab lol

HOLY SHIT now he just told me he's going to give me his Thule tailgate pad. It's for his old Tacoma but he drives a Tundra now and it doesn't really fit. Geez Louise!

 

So my wife works the 26th of this month. Should be free all day. She also said I could plan to go whenever, so ya'll pick a Saturday and I'll be there.

What about Oak Mtn on the 12th?

 

I can do the 12th, though if we are going to get the 12th in stone...I might not do this weekend since that'd be two weekends in a row of 2hr driving.

@InfernoChalupa and @BamaTaco56 does the 12th work for you guys? Mark, I'm still down to do this weekend, but if more can go the 12th I'd rather choose just that one to do Oak Mtn.

let's see what Mark says since I had committed to this weekend with him already. I just don't want to do 4+hrs of driving two weekends in a row, because that requires Amy or someone to play dog sitter for me.

 

12th is a no go for me unfortunately. Will be out of town

Probably. I can let you know for sure by tomorrow. My wife has a lot going on and I want to make her my priority this weekend.

but since we are going to be hanging out with her sister next weekend, maybe?

 

I won't plan on a maybe, not to sound offensive. Like I said if Mark can go the 12th with me and Wes I'll choose that date, I'd def like to have more of a longer day down there even if we take a break in between riding. I just don't want to bail on Mark for this weekend since I already committed if he can't do the 12th.
