true but the Tifosi have their own rules and they won't forget the passion LEC has brought them. meanwhile, VET has worked for years to never do it. the Tifosi won't forget. VET will have to become a Schumi to survive there now.

LEC had every right to be mad. He was managing the pace when VET pitted, his engineer didn't tell him, and he didn't know to get on it and try and beat the undercut.

Well I'm not getting up that early so I'll just watch the replay on-demand like usual. Playstation has the ESPN app so that's how I watch it on the big screen.

VSC has ruined another race. F1 needs to get rid of it. Ferrari really played themselves as well.

Merc played to the rules and out thought Ferrari. Congrats to Hammy, but LeClerc will definitely be a force to be reckoned with. His crying while Seb was pulling away needs to stop though. Too bad the MGUK failed for Seb, he certainly had the speed prior to going “pop”

Winning/losing with pit strategy is a known part of racing, winning/losing with pit strategy and luck timing while under yellows is just too much NASCARish for my liking, wish they'd disallow that.

I think pit lane should be closed during full course yellows to those without damage. I don't think there should be strategy based off of cautions and safety cars. That's not racing.

Yes they got lucky. Luck is all about timing, and it all worked out for them.

If they are going to allow cars to pit during safety car, then they should keep it closed until the queue is all crammed behind SC. That would make a decision to pit a lot more difficult. Go from first to being stuck behind the lapped cars...

Vettel getting Driver of the Day? Well okay, but to me all he did was get a good start. Albon, or Sainz, or even Verstappen deserved it more. Or how about a nod to Bottas for keeping Leclerc behind him. Although with the current cars that is not as hard as it should be. I'm looking forward to 2021 in that regard.

Wut, join Ferrari and get full points for whinnying... I mean what in the hell is going on there. I just don't get the constant radio nonsense... stay focused on the job at hand because you have no idea when something may go pop... The nonsense with holding out Vettel longer than he should of obviously needed to be, just stuck me as childish and then is all unraveled and they got burnt as a team...

Alonso to Ferrari 2020..... you heard it here first:anonymous:

A lot of what NASCAR does sucks. But just because they do something doesn't mean F1 shouldn't.

I think it should be your pit crews speed that allows you to jump another team, not that you lucked out and were near pit lane while others were past already when safety car/FCC is in effect.

Sign up for F1 access annual, it was $28 for the year, I think. Did that when we cut our cable and went all internet. With the cheap plan, I watch everything in replay. When we had cable, I was using the dvr 90% of the time anyway, because of my schedule. I think it is $80 USD to watch everything live. For the whole racing season, that aint too bad!
