The "payment fund" will be likely created by myself and we will all send our deposits into one large money pool to send to @XPOTRPR so he can pay his workplace. It is the easiest way with this many people in on the GB.

I'm guessing you'll send out some sort of PM to gather up funds? I haven't seen anything yet and don't want to hold up the group. I'm still in.

I'll be the one to create it but the payment will be immediately sent to XPO if that is a possible thing. I have never done it on PayPal before but if they allow that then it will go straight to him. Otherwise, if not I will create it under myself then forward it to him once the pool is complete and ready to go. Though that is the second less than desirable option.

Somewhat on this note, does anyone have a discount coupon for the NST pulley set?

I don't believe so, but if there is enough interest in this group I'd be happy to get into touch with them and tell them, "Hey I have X amount of people interested in your billet crank pulleys, what can you guys do for me as a deal?"

For the moment, let's all hold off on replying too much so this point stays relevant to the latest post.

Let's get a feeler for an NST lightweight crank dampner pulley! Who wants to try and score one for a cheaper price? (Though 150 is almost free honestly, lol) let's try and get to the magic number of 10.

    Put me down.

Do you think we should make it for the full set though? Crank, water, PS, alternator?

I personally do not think it is worth it and that is adding a bit much to this thread as far as money commitments go.

    Interested, depending on price.

I don't want to do a "depending on price" sort of thing. Either you are invested or you are not. $150 retail for a billet crank pulley is already a smoking deal, why would you be in depending on a price that may potentially already be less than that?

If you do a full set be careful of the alternator pulley. They are for the xrunner alternator and have a different offset with a taco with the tow package for example. Also note that one of the reasons they stopped the ps pulley is cause peps wouldnt send in their old cores.

I get that - I hate it when people say "depending on price".

I guess I haven't convinced myself to spend another $150...

Cant the party that's making the billet crank pulley......also make the remaining pulleys that make up the NST set?

(Sorry, I'm not on top of this thread..)

If so, i have a set of stock water pump and alternator pulleys for the machine shop to take measurements etc... I'm more than happy to help the Cause.

I actually wasn't planning on installing the alternator pulley, since it'd really be for looks only, not going to get any noticeable gains from that tiny thing. Still good to know though, in case I ever changed my mind. Is the X-runner alternator higher output?

Good point, especially if they don't make the PS pulley any more. But I am interested in the water pump pulley... will just buy it separately though if you'd prefer to make the GB for only the crank pulley.

Great, would have been nice of them to post this specifically on the website. I ordered my full set a couple months ago and they just shipped the alternator and wp pulleys yesterday.

I'm sure they could but it would cost quite a bit more over NST. Remember this group buy as a whole is targeted towards the niche boosted dudes, and not the general NA 2nd gen crowd which makes the mass population of this forum. We gotta keep these group buys simple and not too complex because of the size of our general group.

    WHY ARE YOU YELLING?!?!
