Yes, I have 5 or 6 gave one away to a local member.

The URD pulleys are worn, I have two steel pulleys and the stock steel pulley still.

Were are you getting your steel pulleys?

Those are not made of steel, Steel pulleys don’t wear out,

Aluminum pulleys are easy to find

He used to sell these, It says COMING SOON, now and to call, last time I talked to him he said he was too busy to make these, so not sure, I guess call him.

 

here is what I’m going to do. I’m gonna ask the performance shop and see what they say. I have the AFR gauge so I’m installing that for sure. I was reading that they run methanol/water on whatever vehicles and it adds power. I’ll see what the performance shop says. If we can tune it etc... I’m thinking it’s not too much fuel that’s being added, it’s better fuel. I don’t know.

 

You can dilute the methonal mixer down to windshield solution mix 30/70 that is 20 below zero if you want and there will be less fuel being injected instead of 50/50 boost juice as an option too and your still safe from freezing

 

Or save the hassle and some money and buy it pre-mixed 30/70 for $2-3/gallon. I won't be buying boost juice until I want a higher blend.

 

ok. Got the 2.2 Pulley. So we should be pushing 5 to 5.5 pounds of boost as opposed to 4 pounds at this altitude.

I’m taking that and a Gates belt to the performance shop in Colorado Springs. Is there a way they can see what it needs? Dial it in. I’m not too familiar with tuning etc...

 

They will do that for you with a Dyno to know what size nozzle you need.

You will probably need a #1 or #2 nozzel, but the #1 nozzel because it’s so small will plug up probably every 10-15k miles but you will get 1500 miles from a gallon of boost juice.

 

It’s best NOT to use windshield fluid unless you have a larger nozzle, even a size 5 like mine tends to plug up over time if you use wiper fluid. If your ok with cleaning it regularly then it’s ok.

A 1 or 2 nozzel will plug up very fast if you run just wiper fluid.

Wiper fluid is not distilled or filtered down for minerals.

20 below is 30 percent methonal.

0 probably would not be a good choice of you wanted methonal

 

So from the dyno, they can tune AFR etc?

 

You want a two size if possible just because the one will plug up so easily

 

The Dyno gives them real time information for both setups to make sure the numbers are correct
