but if the QB throws it on the money every single time, and the receivers continually drop them...the QBs stats then do not reflect his own ability! this is precisely why they have a "dropped passes" stat they discuss on occasion.

have Tua go throw to a blind guy with no arms, and have Joe Burrow throw to Odell Beckham Jr.

that'll prove who is the better QB, because WRs don't matter.

WRs make QB stats better. They don't make the QB a better player.

This is a dumb statement coming from a big dummy. So who do you think is the best QB in college ball now?

I think Jalen Hurts is, his numbers are amazing with a less than helpful set of teammates. He fits the system at OU perfectly.

because one moment they are talking stats with me, then when proven wrong they go to previous seasons, then they go to stats you can't even calculate, then they go to emotions, then they completely ignore the players around them!

Who are you talking about? I'm not even an Alabama fan, so no emotions involved here. Just from my observations of watching football games on TV and forming an opinion.

Oh, remind me slap you upside the head and call you a dummy next time I see you...

but I do think Joe Burrow is overall the best pocket passing QB in the country at the moment, based off recent resume. his tenacity and drive are second to none. Tua is great, but is in fact partially a product of his surroundings. Alabama has hands down the best receiving corps around, if he throws a bad pass, they most likely will still catch it. Joe Burrow has proven himself in huge games, even last year, and this year the system fits him better. Tua got rattled and destroyed against Clemson. Burrow seemed to only get better after getting walloped by UCF and then the huge stage against Texas.

are you threatening to slap me now? good grief.

excuse me for calling out a point you made being dumb, that receivers don't affect a QBs performance. that is LITERALLY an asinine statement.

So you don’t make dumb statements? That’s right, you already know everything. Now I see you ARE the one that likes to argue with everyone about everything here.

Arguing is one thing, but when you start the name calling, it's different then. Arguing with you, I stated an opinion of Tua, that's all. It's funny how you've been the center of EVERY argument that here, but you don't argue with anyone... I really hope you don't talk to people like this in person....

bruh, I didn't name call. I said you were being dumb. I did not say "Hey dummy" as you did. Don't argue semantics.

I never said I don't argue with anyone, literally have never said that. You keep creating words.

It's funny how you continue to argue with me, but yet you say I'm the arguer.

I talk the same face to face as I do here. I'm not two-faced.

You know what Scotty, you're condescending in your remarks and you don't even realize it. Just don't ever be condescending to me in person, that's all. You're so passive aggressive it's not even funny.
