You're not the only one being honest here Scotty, plenty of other folks in this discussion, but I don't see any of them resorting to "you're being dumb" comments. Opinions are opinions man, everyone's got one and they stink.

Yes Tua did get rattled by Clemson, However he was hurt and so was most of the online. I think if that game had been played with both teams at 100% Tua would have played a much better game.

 

Because I'm not the typical "ToYoTa iS ThE OnLy MaNuFaCtUreR" type of guy on here. Because I wanted one before my 4Runner. Because I like them. But I would love to hear why I shouldn't.

 

As far as truck things are concerned, I got my swingout changed up a bit yesterday. Just ordered a set of heim joints as well from Barnes 4WD. Going to be using those to replace my sad excuse for a hinge. Should be able to open much smoother once I get them welded in.

HOw long did it take ECGS to set you up? How was the install of your gears? Im like ready to do mine!

 

I saw Heim joints used on a swingout on here somewhere. Seemed like an interesting alternative

 

I'd like to have a gladiator, but it will be years before I buy another "toy" vehicle.

I want to upgrade my DD car instead.

If I bought a Jeep I'd still hangout in here and go riding with the same guys.

 

Go for it, i miss my jeeps everyday. The ones i have owned have been super dependable and great. Just always hated hooking up to a trailer when needing a bed to haul something. I would have another in a heart beat.

 

I honestly don't care for the Gladiator and don't really have a reason not to like it. Just not my cup of tea. I will stick with just a 4 door Wrangler and do whatever I feel to it.

 

Took about 3 weeks to get the gears in from them, about a week for me to get to the install, and 3 or 4 days after I shipped them out I got a core charge refund from them. They were great on their end. Installing the rear is easy, took maybe 2 hours. The front is what takes up the most time having to pull skids, disconnect suspension, and pull CVs. As long as you get everything like breathers and electrical connectors disconnected, the diff comes out pretty easy. You'll need a couple specific sized tools to pull the diff, so read through their tech sheet about the clamshell removal/install. Was very helpful.
