We have a 2011 limited with 102000 on it. Several issues while under warranty but we're corrected. Only issue out of pocket was AC compressor for 1100. Wife loves this thing. She had a 2003 EB that she drove for 200k

No suspension problems on mine but the headlights burn out prematurely. Agency to the South was blowing turbos, no issues with your ecoboost?

I've had one turbo fail (rear) as the wastegate was stuck open. It was that way when I bought it at 27k and while it drove pretty good, it wasn't as fast as I thought it should have been. I saw a pending P0299 code for an Underboost condition, but it never triggered the check engine light. It was replaced at 32k miles under warranty - no issues at 38k. Tuned with Livernois (87 tow) and it runs very nicely. The 91 tune was really impressive, but I didn't want to risk blowing anything up. My PIU was a Ford QA vehicle, so it has nearly every option for 2015. I'm probably going to sell it soon and buy a 2020 Explorer ST.

I swapped over to a HID kit from Diode Dynamics which has worked great. I did have some lighting issues with my front turn signals as well, but they were the Whelen LED / Wig-Wag setup due to the lighting package my Explorer came with. I had to buy some parts from Ford to go back to a standard turn signal bulb, as the modules were highly unreliable and pricey. Both sides acted up just after the bumper to bumper warranty ran out.

21,5 on my 2018. Had brakes resurfaced at 2,000 miles or so (wtf), TSS recall thing, probably need the differential whine looked at, and dropping it off tomorrow for the clutch pedal creak and anticipate something else going wrong within the next few months. The OVTune made a huge difference in drivability, the stock tuning was fucking abysmal. I WANT to like the truck, but for the nearly 40K sticker, I expected more. Traded in a 2015 DCSB sport with ultra low miles...there are times I wish I hadn’t, but a 6 speed and a moonroof are pretty fucking fun.

The Dealer is probably just going to spray WD-40 on the clutch pedal and the noise will be back in a couple weeks, try using Disc Brake Grease on all the pivot points and it will get rid of that old barn door sound.

I figured as much, but at least it’s free WD-40 covered by warranty, and I’m getting a loaner I can do weird shit in...Hookers and blow, etc.

Just out of curiosity, what color was your 2015, how many miles on it, and dealer you traded it at? It would be weird if I really did have it.

Mine has just under 20,000 and I personally wouldn't own a different truck. You will have some issues with any brand. Delete your Facebook and all your life's problems will simply disappear.

It was grey with a topper. Traded it in at Stevenson Toyota East in Aurora, CO. Before I forget, I want to take this opportunity to say FUCK STEVENSON TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS. Not sure about the mileage off the top of my head, pretty low though. The con men were taking pictures of the thing when I was still just getting information from the stealership. It had ridiculously dark tinted windows if that helps, fr the crunk sauce who had it before me. Oh, and 4-6 ounces of dried semen under the passenger seat, not sure if that helps.

I definitely don’t have yours. Here it is a few minutes after I got it. Zero tint and semen.

Tint can be removed, but semen lasts forever. You’re POSITIVE you checked under the passenger seat? Black light? Scratch n’ sniff? That looks identical to my truck...I absolutely remember that passenger door...

Well, I purchased in Florida in June. Yea, I always carry a knife and a black light. Fucker was like new with 20,700 miles.

Well, you never know. It’s a small world. Good looking truck regardless, semen aside.
