Yes. It’s black with the OEM texture. I tried it on the pillar and it looks good. I’m not sure if I want to paint it to match as that will take some trial and error.

Is that URD 2.2 pulley legit. I’m not that familiar with them.

 

You have a low level wiper sensor now, if so that will be one less thing they have to add to the tank

Essentially it’s a big washer with the key cut out and slips over the shaft when the pulley is off and it pushes the pulley out about the 1/8” of an inch so the pulley doesn’t hit the snout.

I don’t see anything on backspacer. Is there a part number or webpage? Here’s what I got.

 

I thought URD made one of these, maybe with the URD pulleys you don’t, can’t remember,
Maybe call URD and ask if one is needed

 

The spacer if needed pushes the pulley out so it doesn’t hit the snout.

The AFR gauge doesn’t actually hook up to anything with the meth, right? It just shows your boost& AFR. But you can use it decide how to set the meth sprayer control right?

 

Yes and no, depending on what snow methonal model you get. The newer snow model has the boost gauge as part of its system.

If your referring to a separate combo gauge then No, they are not connected.
The better quality gauge can be fine tuned for altitude tho.

So when you have a Dyno that is setup for this altitude you can make sure the setup being put into
the truck is absolutely correct against the Dyno numbers.

Yes once setup you will use the AFR to setup any mods going forward.

For example

If you were to bore out the throttle body

Or if you had the supercharger ported

Or added headers

Or you decide on a smaller pulley you can play around to find the best size nozzle you need
for your AFR to stay at 12 and your spraying point.

You can also mix windshield wiper fluid with boost juice to find a better ratio with a different nozzle if you want or if it was really really hot and you want more water mix to cool things down you can again play with the methonal ratio and nozzel for your application.

 

URD pulley is wack and will not last! Go get yourself a custom made steel pulley.

Might as well add the urd afr calibrator so it’ll help with the close-open loop, if u decide to go that route then your have to adjust the meth to make a nice transition from closed-open , my setup is bad ass and no ping at all , just throwing info out there
