    I wouldn’t recommend it, in fact I would advise against it, but if it’s an end of the world situation and you have one shot to save it you might be safe enough for me to attempt it.

    The SAAMI pressures are similar enough that the only concerns are 1: the slightly larger diameter causing a pressure spike, and 2: an effective way of holding a rimmed cartridge where a rimless cartridge is supposed to be.
    You also have the issue of case length, I believe even a 38 special with a wadcutter load is much too long for a 9mm cylinder.

    This revolver definitely prefers .357mag over 9mm. The accuracy is definitely improved with .357. I got a outstanding deal on this. $375 including transfer and it was unfired when I picked it up.

    I finally pulled the trigger (pun intended) and ordered VLTOR A5 buffer systems for my rifle, carbine, and pistol. I'm also swapping the A2 and Magpul MOE buttstocks for VLTOR clubfoots.

    It is a fore grip. You can see where the web of our hand fits in the circle looking side and pointer finger grasps on the other side.
    I've seen a similar one in battlefield 4.

    I'm on a roll. Just ordered a Steiner DBAL-i2/PEQ2. Depending on rail space, it will either go on my M4 CQBR pistol or my A4 rifle (currently wearing an OTAL-C). Now I just need another Surefire dual switch. I have an M952V paired with the OTAL-C. Since the DBAL is IR only (laser + illuminator), it will be paired with an M951 so I'll have white light available when needed.
