    :thumbsup: I love Snap On and IR guns. They have some of the best designs, and have the highest quality I have yet to see on another gun otherwise.

    Hey speaking of crosstubes and mounts, where did you get your design for the mounts from? I'd like to have some get made for me that way I can use the hangers to their full potential.

    Side plate templates were fabbed up using a piece of cardboard, then used a plasma cutter to cut them out, drilled holes and bolted it up. Using DOM tubing for brace. Just need to finish it up. I have wheeled without the brace. Nothing bent at all.

    Does any chance exist that I could trouble you to make some of those plates for me if you still have the templates or the design for it lying around somewhere? It's a long shot I know but it is worth asking because I do not have access to a plasma cutter.

    Original template is gone. All I could find was what I used. Make a template, mark the holes and take it to a metal shop. They should be able to fab it up for you in just a couple of hours.

    Best way to go about this removal/install without a plasma cutter or air chisel ? I'm planning on using a angle grinder and a BFH. How much misery am I in for ?

    I'm going to do my best to remain calm.. I've been known to hulk out on stubborn projects in the past however, I'm planning to start the removal process tomorrow after work. I keep telling myself I have all weekend to get the old suspension and hangers out and the new ones in. Plus I have a commuter vehicle for tool/beer runs. :thumbsup:
