What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I drove around today and it's like I left every bolt on the front end loose. Not only can you hear them popping but you can feel it in your feet. Makes the truck feel like a piece of crap.

 

Fuck, my luck hasn’t been the greatest lately and wouldn’t be surprised if mine is from the same batch. My friend and a couple co-workers have these and rave about’em. There’s any way of figuring out if there’s a batch number that can be found on the box or paperwork inside?

 

Cant day on that one but it only took about 40 miles of on road use before they started popping

I would install them and immediately go any place that has speed bumps and you'll know.

 

Fuck man that’s sad to hear lol. I was looking at JBA’s too but that red is too much. I did read that repainting them wouldn’t void their warranty. I currently have Icon Tubulars and the poly bushings squeaking every so often get annoying quick

 

I feel you dude, in high school I would've painted them red if they were black.

 

Cool prolly the route im gonna go figure might as well upgrade the boots to the high angle. Gonna look goofy just having one red boot but fix um as their broke

 

Slowly getting rid of as much grey as I can. New wet oakle center console cover

 

Swapped out the chrome grill with a color matched. Eventually I'll plastidip the logo.

Found a stock skid plate on offer up

 

Just Picked up those sos off road bolt on sliders off of Craigslist for $80

 

Damn. And I thought I got a good deal

 

I noticed a hole in my muffler a few weeks ago and finally decided to attempt to fill the holes with weld... The muffler rusted metal was more thin than paper and i put a nickle size hole it it with my attempt.
That was my deciding factor for new exhaust.

I went with the magnaflow off road series s.s. axle dump.

Install only took 30 mins. I ordered a new graphite flex seal for the ypipe and the two bolts that connect the ypipe to the back half of the exhaust. I didnt use the flex seal because i jad it replaced 2 years ago and it looked pretry much just like the brand new one. The bolts i did replace and put antiseize on them.

It sounds SO [swear words] AWESOME!
