    I've not gotten there from a decision perspective.
    Best Option: You can order the brackets and hardware direct from upTOPoverland...if I'd known that up front I'd have just done that. Basically you cut one of the bars and mount it longitudinally between bars 2 & 4 to skirt the sunroof. At the moment I'm still messing with ground planes for my ham radio, so I may use that space differently anyway. I tend to do things one step at a time and digest if I like them.

    A second approach is to leverage the nut end of the cut bar and only bracket the cut ends...this requires drilling the #2 or #4 bar and that gives me pause for the reduction in strength, but a gusset plate or two makes this an easy approach.

    The last approach is just leaving bar 3 out all together. I'm fundamentally using the rack for the handles, light loads, light mounts for my emergency lighting and for my antenna mounts. (oh and this rack looks so fucking bad ass I have had at least 10 people ask me about it this week!) It is so much better than any two bar rack system that missing one would be trivial.

    I may actually leave bar 7 out as well, making the thin fin something I can skip for now since I already have 5 other cables I'm routing through my roll bar mounts, I saw your post earlier...PM me if you might want to make a deal on it.
