Hahaha im the same. I like sram eagle a lot. Super crispy smooth shifting. you cant even feel it shift if you catch it in your pedal stroke right, even on climbs. That being said, I have xx1, but my NX eagle was the same way. The only problem I had with NX is the cassette wasnt gold.

but yeah fuck sram brakes. Maguras for me

Draco's a stud! Totally a natural trail dog! Did great on a test lap around the block!

Edit: came inside, drank some water, total car crash. 0% battery remaining!

I remember hearing people would swap DHFs around for better breaking performance.

You guys that have "Rockymounts" on your trucks, do you take them off for the winter? Utah uses rock salt on the roads here and I don't know if it'll ruin the thru-axle piece.

what model Rocky Mounts are those? I read that you had to flip the bulk head around in order to make them fit.

I left something like it, a Thule, on my truck in Utah over the winter and the bolts seized. I wouldn't risk it unless you're using it regularly.

Those RockyMounts are awesome! I normally run one on the header rail when I don't have a rack and tent on. With the rack, I use one mounted on an 8020 rail in the bed. It's hard to see the bike in this pic, but it's tucked in on the left side of the bed:
